At the beginning of 2008, Ozone Laboratories carried out an Employee Satisfaction Survey to find out how our employees feel about working for Ozone.
The survey covered 31 criteria relating to all aspects of the employee's job. Overall, 82.9% of our employees completed the survey and our overall satisfaction rate was 78.9%, representing an above average performance when compared to other companies.
Employees scored at least 8 out of 10 in terms of satisfaction in the following areas:

Our areas for improvement were in providing more training and development opportunties for employees and plans are already in place to make this happen.
